Settings: Company Billing Overview

In this article, we will review how to navigate and use the company billing tab.


To Access billing, navigate to Settings (in the bottom left corner) > Billing

  1. Payment Methods - This section will show your current payment method and allow you to add another.
  2. Credits - This sections show you how many credits you have. These can be used for Email or Phone services. You can add to the balance, change the recharge rate, and also view specific charges by selecting “See Details”
  3. Billing History - This section shows the recharge history

Q1: I Want to Pay my Invoice, but High Leads Pro is not accepting my Card.

A1: Right now, High Leads Pro accepts the following forms of payment;

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express (AMEX)
  • Discover
  • Visa-Debit

Note: Please ensure that the exact information on the card, including the CVV code and Expiry date, is entered correctly.

Q2: How can I add a new payment method?
A2: To add a new payment method, go to the "Payment Methods" section under the Billing tab, and select the option to add a new payment method.

Q3: Where can I view my credit usage and details?
A3: In the "Credits" section of the Billing tab, you can see your current balance, adjust the recharge rate, and view specific charges by clicking on “See Details.”

Q4: How do I check my billing history?
A4: Your billing history can be accessed in the "Billing History" section, where you can view all recharge transactions made on your account.
