High Leads Pro Phone Verified Caller ID

Using your phone number as the Caller ID for outgoing calls is as easy as verifying your number using the Verified CallerID, aka Number Masking feature.

What is Called ID

Verified Caller ID enables businesses to use their existing phone numbers as the caller ID for outbound calls. This feature helps maintain brand consistency and enhances call recognition among recipients. By displaying the business's own number rather than a generic or unrecognized number, the chances of the call being answered significantly increase.

Benefits:

  • Increased Answer Rates: Calls from familiar numbers are more likely to be picked up by recipients.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensures that the business’s established phone number appears on outbound calls, reinforcing brand recognition.
  • Improved Customer Experience: Reduces confusion and enhances trust by displaying a known phone number.

Add a Verified Phone Number via the Console

  • Access the Verified Caller IDs section in sub-account -> Settings -> Phone Numbers -> Manage.
  • Click Add a New Caller ID
  • Enter the desired phone number with the country to verify and click Verify Number.
  • You will see a six-digit OTP on the screen which you need to enter when you receive a call.
  • Your callerID will be verified and shown in the Verified CallerID list.

Use a Verified Phone Number for calling

  • Click on the edit icon for one of the phone numbers that will be available.
  • In the next screen, enable the feature and select the callerID that needs to be linked to the number.
  • You are all set. All the calls sent from the phone number will show the verified callerID instead.

Note: Verified phone numbers can only be used as a Caller ID for outbound calls. Incoming calls to the verified number will continue to route through the existing service provider (your wireless service, landline provider, etc.).
