High Leads Pro Phone SHAKEN/STIR

SHAKEN/STIR refers to a system in the United States that allows businesses to send Application-to-Person (A2P) type messaging via standard 10-digit long code (10DLC) phone numbers. This will help in avoiding the calls to show up as SPAM or getting filtered.

It is a set of protocols designed to verify caller ID information and ensure that it comes from a genuine source. This system uses digital certificates to authenticate the caller’s identity. When a call is made, the caller’s credentials are confirmed through these certificates, which are then recorded in an online database. This process helps recipients trust that the call is indeed from the expected source.

It’s important to note that while SHAKEN/STIR won't eliminate spam or nuisance calls, it might increase the likelihood of answered calls by providing a “Trusted Call” label.

After submitting their Business Profile account admins will be able to register for SHAKEN/STIR.
