Using The LeadConnector Mobile App: Calendar and Appointments
Using the LeadConnector Mobile App allows you to take the convenience of your system on the go with you, using features right from your phone. You can toggle between the various available features/sections using the icons at the bottom of the app.
How to use:
- Click on the Calendar icon.
- Use the dropdown at the top to view any specific calendars you have if you are using multiple calendars.
- Click on a date to view your appointments for that particular date.
- Click the + icon in the bottom right to create a new appointment.
- Choose the contact you wish to schedule an appointment with.
- To completely customize the booking, add the contact information, choose a calendar, and specify the calendar and the particular team member.
- Give an appointment title and description.
- Choose the meeting Location and update the appointment status.
Please note: You must have a calendar created. To create or edit calendar or user settings, log into your Desktop App.
