Affiliate Manager | Adding Sub-Affiliates
Managing your affiliate program is essential for effective marketing campaigns. Adding sub-affiliates is a streamlined process that saves time and enhances efficiency. This guide will walk you through the steps to add and manage sub-affiliates in your affiliate campaigns.
How It Works
Steps to Add Sub-Affiliates
- Navigate to the Affiliate Manager:
- Go to the Marketing section and select the Affiliate Manager at the top.
- Select an Affiliate:
- Choose the affiliate for whom you want to add a sub-affiliate.
- Add Sub-Affiliate:
- Scroll down to the Sub-Affiliate tab.
- Click on "Add Sub-Affiliate."
- Choose or Add a New Contact:
- You can either select an existing contact from your database or add a new contact by filling in their email, first name, last name, company name, and the campaign to which they should be assigned.
- Assign Campaign:
- Ensure you have selected the correct campaign under the campaign dropdown.
- Save Changes:
- Click "Save" to add the sub-affiliate to the selected campaign.
Managing Sub-Affiliates
- Editing Sub-Affiliates:
- Click on the three dots next to the sub-affiliate’s name.
- Select "Edit Affiliate" to update their details.
How to enable Sub Affiliate Sign ups for Affiliates:
- Go to the final step in the campaign creation or editing process.
- Click on the "Additional Settings" option.
- Turn on the Sub-Affiliate Sign-Up Page by toggling the switch.
- Choose the appropriate form for sub-affiliate sign-ups from the dropdown menu.
- Click "Finish" to save your changes.
Note:This feature requires campaigns to be tiered( 2 tiers or more), and the signup form must have the required fields (First Name, Last Name, and Email).
Setting Up in Global Settings
- Access the Affiliate Manager dropdown and select Settings.
- Under Default Campaign Settings, enable the Sub-Affiliate Sign-Up Page toggle.
- Select the default form that will be used for sub-affiliate sign-ups in all future campaigns.
Please Note:These changes will only apply to new campaigns created after the settings are updated. Existing or older campaigns will not be affected by these changes.
Affiliate Portal:
Once the settings are configured, affiliates will have access to a sign-up link in their portal. They can share this link to bring in potential sub-affiliates. The portal will also display all active sign-up form links and provide a list of sub-affiliates associated with each affiliate.
- Deactivating Sub-Affiliates:
- Click on the three dots next to the sub-affiliate’s name.
- Select "Mark as Inactive" to deactivate the sub-affiliate.
- Deleting Sub-Affiliates:
- Click on the sub-affiliate’s name.
- Click "Delete" and then "Save" to remove the sub-affiliate.
